Your warranty becomes active after the first installment or full payment has been received and verified.
Only mechanical and electrical faults listed in your plan are covered. Items like tyres, brakes, fluids, filters, bulbs, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered. A full exclusions list is provided on the website.
Yes. You must follow the servicing schedule:
Service every 7,000 miles or 1 year, whichever comes first
Inspections at approved workshops
Failure to follow the maintenance rules may void your warranty.
Contact our support team immediately. We will guide you through the claims process and arrange recovery if needed (charged at £2 per mile unless covered under your plan).
Yes. A free courtesy car is provided when repairs are done under the Car Care Warranty pack. For non-warranty repairs, courtesy cars are free only during the quotation period; afterward, charges apply.
Yes. You can cancel within a 14-day cooling-off period for a full refund. After 14 days, no refund is offered, and cancellations follow our standard terms.
A missed payment may result in:
£200 late fee
Suspension of cover (up to 14 days)
Cancellation of the warranty (after 14 days)
No refunds will be given for amounts already paid.
