Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide transparent, fair, and customer-friendly policies. Please read the following Refund and Cancellation terms that apply to all warranty plans and installment agreements.


1. Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)

You have the right to cancel your warranty plan within 14 calendar days from the day after the contract date.
If you cancel within this period:

  • Your plan will be cancelled immediately

  • Any payment made will be fully refunded

  • No cancellation fee will apply

After 14 days, the cancellation terms below will apply.


2. Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period

If you cancel the warranty plan after the 14-day cooling-off period:

  • Any installments or payments already made will be non-refundable

  • Your warranty cover will be stopped immediately

  • No further claims will be accepted after cancellation


3. Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

If any installment is missed or delayed:

  • A £200 late payment fee may apply

  • Warranty cover may be suspended if payment is delayed up to 14 days

  • Warranty cover may be cancelled if the delay exceeds 14 days

If your plan is cancelled due to non-payment:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Any previously paid installments will be forfeited


4. Company-Initiated Cancellation

Green Covers Ltd. reserves the right to cancel your plan if:

  • Payment terms are breached

  • False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided

  • Warranty rules (service, maintenance, mileage limits) are not followed

If we cancel the plan due to a customer breach, no refund will be issued.


5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • You cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period

  • You have not made any claims during that period

  • Your warranty has not yet started (first installment not paid)

No refund will be provided if:

  • A claim has already been made

  • Services or inspections have been used

  • The plan is cancelled due to breach or non-payment


6. Process for Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

  • Full name

  • Vehicle details

  • Warranty plan reference number

  • Reason for cancellation

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.


7. No Refunds for Used Services

Once you have used any of the following, refunds cannot be issued:

  • Interim or annual inspection

  • Scheduled vehicle service

  • MOT under the warranty plan

  • Courtesy car usage

  • Any form of repair work or claim assessment


8. Amendments to This Policy

Green Covers Ltd. reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page.
